- No food or drink is allowed in the lab and studio facilities.

- Scheduled classes, workshops, and other university functions have priority for using the lab and studio facilities.

- CMA students may access lab facilities when there are no time conflicts with teaching and other scheduled functions.

- Avoid occupying shared workspaces, workstations, or public areas with personal items.

- Avoid occupying shared computers by setting personal passwords, remote control and so on.

If you anticipate needing further access to computer, send an email to the CMA LAB with a specific time duration. Please be sure to copy your supervisor and David Yip on that email for approval.

- All students are responsible for keeping the lab in good condition; any unattended items found in the lab will be removed or relocated to the storage room.

- Requests for visits to the CMA Lab should be made via email at least three working days in advance.

- Due to limited resources, personal visit requests are unlikely to be granted.

If you need to bring visitors into the lab, please send an email to CMA Lab in advance, with the number and name of visitors, the purpose, and the contact number of yourself. In this case, please note that you will be the responsible person for bringing visitors into the lab. Any damage or equipment loss caused by visitors, you will be responsible for all these loss.

- Students who have not received proper training on lab equipment should notify the lab technician to arrange basic training before using the facility.
